Clay

To control the colour rendering of the final product we used selected clays, from 15 different quarries, each characterised by a particular colour, which are then mixed according to precise percentages. Our manufacturing process consists of three layers of manual coating made of clay, and natural dry after each application. This manufacturing process enhances the chromatic and tactile characteristics, creating appreciated shading of tones on the surface. The protection of the clay we studied, taking advantage of modern nano-molecular technologies, has been designed in respect of the earth’s natural opacity that can vary depending on the point of view from which you look at the product. Clay is 100% recyclable.
